We support payments with credit card, ApplePay and PayPal. During checkout you will be offered ApplePay method as default. Select “Other Payment Methods” to see the full list of available options.

DELIVERY METHODS

Enter your shipping details during checkout to see the total shipping cost. Make sure to provide correct address and information when ordering, as we are not liable for non-delivery if it is due to incorrect or missing information.

SHIPPING COSTS

We use Posten Tracked Package as a default shipping method in Norway. The standard shipping cost per item is 73 NOK. For the rest of the world we use UPS Standard shipping method with the flat rate of 265 NOK. We combine orders if possible. Please contact us if you have questions or need special shipping arrangements.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

You can return your order within a 14-day timeframe. Items must be unworn, with no signs of usage, damage and in original packging. Self-inflicted damages to jewelry will not be accepted as returns. If you regret your purchase, you are kindly asked to pay the return costs. Please contact us for arranging a return. You will be refunded as soon as package has reached our destination.

DAMAGES

We carefully package all orders to make sure they arrive safely to your destination. If the jewelry was damaged during delivery, please take a picture of the damaged goods and contact us. We will take care of the issue and find a best solution to the situation together with you.

CARE TIPS

Every item produced by KATRA is made with care and hand-selected materials. Expect normal wear and tear over time such as diminishing gold and rhodium plating on sterling silver. Avoid improper use and care of jewelry such as exposing it to harsh surfaces, moisture, detergents, skincare, haircare and other cosmetics that may lead to discoloration.

Natural stone is generally durable, but some gemstones do not tolerate prolonged sunlight exposure and water. It is highly recommended to avoid proloned direct sunlight when wearing jewelry with amethyst, rose quartz, fluorite, kunzite, opal, moonstone. Do not hesitate to get in touch with us if you have questions about care tips.

Natural oxidation is consistent with normal usage due to skin contact or exposure to air. Use polishing cloth and professional jewelry cleaner to remove the signs of oxidation from sterling silver. We highly recommend to store our jewelry in original packaging or jewelry-appropriate storage to preserve its original appearance as long as possible.
